Our goal for this video project was to create a short film using resources available within our school, keeping it practical. Working with two classmates, we developed a detailed production plan. Together, we organized the film crew, including actors and assistants, ensuring every task was covered. This teamwork allowed for thorough planning, smooth task allocation, and successful execution of our creative vision.

Production file

Our project began with the meticulous creation of the production file, a central document bringing together all the elements essential to the realization of our short film. Comprising the script, storyboard and other essential details, the dossier served as a detailed compass, ensuring smooth project management.

Shooting

The shooting phase required rigorous organization and efficient coordination of the 10-member team. As one of the group's three co-directors, we divided up responsibilities in such a way as to optimize the fluidity of the shooting. My specific role was to supervise camera positioning, manage framing, and set up equipment for the shoot. This division of labor greatly contributed to the smooth execution of the project, with everyone playing a key role in realizing our shared vision.

Postproduction

The crucial post-production stage was entrusted to one of our group co-directors, who brilliantly brought to life the ideas we had defined as a team. His mastery of post-production tools brought our creative vision to life, harmonizing sequences, adding visual effects, and ensuring impeccable visual consistency. This collaboration was essential to polish every detail and deliver a final result that reflected the artistic and narrative quality we had envisioned.
